I organise and run creative sessions for folks who are hungry to create for the sake of creating in a world that doesn’t support that. This is where you can let go and create for the sake of creating. No artistic experience is needed; all you need to do is bring yourself as you are.
WHAT IS CREATE & CONNECT:
A space that allows your creative side to be alive and explored.
We live in a world that doesn’t give us permission or opportunities to experiment with our creative side, unless we create that time and space. Which can be challenging for the majority of folks, due to certain life circumstances. This is a 2-hour session that allows you to connect with this part of yourself and feed your cup as you're being met with encouragement and support. An invitation to get curious and explore your creative side!
WHO IS IT FOR:
Anyone who wants to start a creative hobby, although life is making it harder to organise it.
Someone who hasn't picked up a paintbrush or pencil in a long time and is craving that familiarity.
Creatives who don’t have the motivation to create because they’re paralysed by perfectionism and other life responsibilities. A great space to make ‘bad art’ & just play.
