“The process of rebirth is not light or love.

It takes you to parts of yourself that you don’t want to acknowledge or witness.
It will feel uncomfortable, daunting and to the point you will resist.
Triggering the internal systems of why you should stay small, why the comfort zone is more accessible or better, although that is calling from within…
That burns,
That fire that cannot be explained just felt and experienced,
THAT… it begins hard to deny, it begins to crop up until it’s almost like you had no choice.

Even though each choice you’ve made led you to where you are now, you don’t know how, but it did.
Somehow and someway, it led you to where you needed to be.
Without even trying it happened.

One day you see the changes and shift you’ve undergone & discomfort creeps in, as nothing will ever be the same, ever again,
A rebirth you never wanted yet much needed.”

"Our fears of being seen and heard for our rawness is the position that stops the flow of our authenticity and essence,
The fear of being seen, might of came from this lifetime,
Although at times it's imprinting from the times we lived a life that rooted us so deep in oppression that we lost our essence for so long,
Until one day (the next lifetime) the knocking of our shadows,
The knocking of the Unknown,
Creeping in
Louder each day, reminding us of the power that lives within.

One that not many people will understand or be willing to love,
Although as long as WE recognise the remembering of this imprint,
How much it's changed the structure of our DNA,

NOW as we remember our home,
Our truths,
Our essence,
We remember the power that lives within us,
A power that will take some time and effort to practice and weld into a disciple.
For a power not only we possess, but also from those who came before us."
