It was designed inspired by my value of caring for our mental health. Something very close to my heart and will preach till the day I die.

There’s so much stigma and shame that comes with living with mental illness when, the majority of the time folks who are experiencing it don’t want it in the first place although it’s something we have to live with. Something we can’t get rid of although one we must learn to manage and that’s not always easy.

There are days I want to give up although don’t. I take it slow and practise being compassionate and softer with myself, especially for the things I can’t fully control because if I could, I wouldn’t be going through it.

That’s something we must remind ourselves when we are fighting with our minds.
