I’ve created 4 different editions for this design. All were painted using gouache. The idea for this came about when I was trying to regulate myself from a mini spiral I was having. The thing is, living with mental illness isn't easy. Having to fight your brain every day is exhausting. One thing you can’t get rid of while being alive.

This design visually represents what I wish I could do with my brain sometimes: take a little break from the madness and chaotic whispers in my head (which are not all bad, by the way; some are very, very delightful).
