The Shadow Within Our Spirit

My experience with my spiritual awakening was that spirituality was far from being just love and light. The beginning stages of a spiritual awakening it was dark, sorrow and I thought I was losing my mind; that I was going 'crazy'. I learnt that spirituality had its shadows and we also had a shadow.

BzgNS1qc.jpg

At the time I was unpacking my toxic behaviours, my narcissism, my co-dependency and the lack of love for myself. I was healing the part of myself that resonated with all the trauma responses that manifested themselves as my 'personality traits'. This was when I stumbled upon the famous psychoanalyst and psychologist Carl Jung. He was one of the grandfathers of psychology and his work incorporated spirituality into it, which is why I resonate with his work so much.

He theorised the term Shadow Self was an aspect of us that was located in our subconscious and was formed due to the experiences of pain, rejection and trauma. For me this makes sense, we tend to suppress the unpleasant memories we have which are attached with heavy emotions. Where we were conditioned to be a certain way from our family and social dynamics, or else we will not be accepted, loved or succeed in life.

Our shadow is not evil or bad, sometimes we hide gifts, talents and unique personality traits because we experienced rejection, which creates this internalisation of shame and guilt. Our shadow is something not to fear, as it's the fragment of our-self that desires and craves love and acceptance.

Personally, shadow healing has been one of the most profound and empowering types of healing I've done. This was where I learnt to be honest, take accountability, ground myself in my authenticity and self-worth. Realising that our worth and sense of love is something we can cultivate from within. It's not something we can buy online or look for in other people, as they don't define it for us.

With our shadow also comes light. When doing shadow healing it's important to bring the light towards those aspects of our self. To embrace our shadow, we have to learn to give our self-compassion, kindness, acceptance and forgiveness. That the wounds, traumas and rejections we experienced do not define our future or where we are heading.

Spirituality for me has given me closure for my childhood abuse, it's brought me healing knowing that all the pain I went through wasn't for nothing. That now I have cultivated this sense of love, empowerment and wholeness which was by transmuting my pain and traumas.

Having healed aspects of myself, which put me in a position to share and spread the wisdom and healing I have found. Knowing that I am an example to those who might feel as they are lost and their pain defines them because, in reality, it doesn't. This wasn't done just with love and light. This was done by embracing my shadow; the most wounded, darkest and deepest part of myself.

Trusting our process of healing and our spirituality is key. The thing is with spirituality, no two spirits are the same. We might resonate with the person across us, although might not resonate with the person next to us. It doesn't make anyone less spiritual, we are all on our journey; a journey to find what is fulfilling for us, seeking our purpose and reasons we get up in the morning and continue with our lives.

Realising that we all have beauty, light and peace that lives within us and we are simultaneously flawed, imperfect and shadow beings. The gem about the human consciousness is that we were given free will; the free will to choose what we give our attention and energy towards and what we let go of.

The foundation of spirituality is freedom and while our past wounds and traumas still linger around us that sense of freedom isn't there. That is why healing and spirituality go hand in hand. Having to face our darkest and painful experiences and memories have so much power and light within them. The light of compassion, resilience, strength, bravery and courage; those light lives within our darkness and the wisdom we hold from our experiences are the treasures we will not find anywhere else.

When we are put on a path to look within and heal, don't turn away from it, don't drink it away, escape or run from it. Look at it in the eyes, just like the other times you looked at your challenges and hurdles. The times you thought you couldn't overcome them, although you did. Life cannot be rainbows and sunshine at all times. Life has polarities all around us, which includes our experiences. This is why our hard times are there as those are the time we practice our free will, to continue and cultivate more resilience, courage and strength.

Overcoming our challenges and hurdles is always worth it, in the present moment it might not seem like it, although when we get to the rewards of it all, we are grateful we continued and persevered.

Embracing our spirit includes the shadow, don't turn this aspect of our self away as we'll go on cyles to only go back and reclaim it.

Trusting that we all go through cycles and experiences not to break us but to build us to who we truly are meant to be. Inner work is challenging, tiring and at times sh*tty, although the rewards of finding the love within and our authentic self is something we can not buy or will ever find outside of our-self.

To embrace the spirit, we much heal what broke our spirit in the first place. Spirituality has always had shadows and it is not the time to ignore them, it's the time to embrace them and show them the light.

The Dark Night Of The Soul

This part of our ascension journey and spiritual awakening isn’t a bad thing. This stage is actually what we experience before having an awakening. It’s where we question everything about our self and everything else around us. When we begin to seek for the meaning and answer to what we are going here, who we truly are and why we went through certain things.

The dark night of the soul isn’t something we go through ones, it’s a stage that is needed; as it’s a stage where we begin to reevaluate, reflect and see what needed changing. It’s where we bring further light to fragments of our self that needs healing.

The first few dark nights might feel heavy and darker in a sense, although, it does it lighter the more we go through it. It’s not as dark or foggy as it was in the beginning; as we have gone through enough of it to know it serves a purpose and that this stage is only temporary.

It’s the darkness before the rebirth.

We do not only go through one rebirth during our awakening, we go through many. It’s not limited to just one, it just depends on each individual’s soul journey and lessons they came here to do and learn.

The dark night of the soul isn’t a place we stay and create a home. It’s where we shine our light and brighten up that aspect of our self. It’s reclaiming and acknowledging a fragment of our self. It’s not a time to begin to settle in that space. Take a rest and observe what needs to be acknowledged and then light that sucker up, and then use that light to go back up again; ascend that fragment of our self towards our higher self.

The light we use is the tools of compassion, empathy, kindness, understanding, love, nurture, forgiveness, etc. Using our own discernment to figure which tools we need to use to light up the dark night of our soul. These are the same tools we use to ascend our shadow and the fragments we have uncovered; these are the same tools we use when we are healing.

As we continue to change and reconstruct the self-limiting belief and fear-based foundation to a more compassionate, nurturing and love base beliefs we continue to heal, ascend and reclaim fragments of our self. -

Leaping Into The Soul

Trauma Healing And Spirituality:

Spiritual awakening is not glamorous and it put us in a position where we have to learn how to let go. To learn to let go, we have to learn to let go of control. We all have experiences where we were unable to let go and wanted to control a situation or someone.

This unconscious desire to want to control everything and everyone is rooted in our childhood. There was a time where we felt powerless and to feel safe or survive, we have to learn to grasp on things we can control. This becomes an unconscious patterning that we bring into our adulthood and not realising that we still carry and play out from those traumatic events and circumstances.

What occurred to us during the childhood/upbringing that made us feel unsafe and put us in survival mode, was not something we are to blame for. We are not responsible for carrying the blame or a burden for something we didn’t ask for.

From personal experience, it became a habit to want to control how others saw me. This means that I had trouble saying no and I’d agree to things that didn’t particularly sit well with me. I became a people-pleaser and it was so easy to mesh myself into a person who didn’t reflect who I am authenticity. This type of behaviour is rooted in my childhood and during the time I was embedded in the idea of being a people-pleaser without being aware of doing it until I hopped on the train to trauma healing.

We don’t realise how much trauma creates and embed itself to all areas of our life; mainly in our personality and how we view ourselves. I’m someone who was spiritually awakened because of the path I went on. It wasn’t psychedelics that ‘woke’ me up, it was my pain and my trauma. Those two aspects of myself that I repressed and buried have been one of the most empowering and the precipice of my spiritual awakening.

Many people who jump into trauma healing find a sense of purpose underneath all the trauma that was covering their identity. It’s because, as we suppressed our pain, hurt and traumas we all so suppressed aspects of our self. That’s what trauma does, it chips away fragments of our self until we don’t recognise our self or feel lost in a world that ones were so familiar.

There is one particular thing I have found that is similar to trauma healing and spirituality, it gets us to jump into the unknown. The unknown of who we are outside of our trauma and the trauma response we labelled as our ‘personality’. The unknown of living a life lead by our higher self, soul and intuition.

Living a life that is lead by our soul and higher self is not as easy as it sounds or looks. It takes time and works to learn how to use our intuition, with that comes practising it and taking actions that may look random or ‘out character’ for those around us; although it’s because when we lead and move base on our intuition and the guidance of our higher self it’s not for everyone to understand nor is it their business, it’s’ for us to learn to trust and have faith in our self.

Having faith and trust in our self is not as easy as it might sound although this is where healing comes in. I believe that we have to heal certain aspects of our self and reclaim fragments of our self before jumping into all the metaphysics and spiritual theories.

Spirit In The Human Mind:

For us to learn to trust our self, we have to learn the reason why we don’t trust our self in the first place. We then unpack them and dismantle them so we can reconstruct them from a place of security and stability. That’s what healing is and using the tools of compassion, empathy, kindness, forgiveness and love. Without those tools, we won’t be able to recreate a foundation that is stable and secure. The intention should be that when we reconstruct a foundation it has to be stable and secure, so we don’t have to dismantle each time something goes wrong in our infrastructure.

That is why I believe healing is part of spirituality. We can't live a life that is lead by our soul/higher self if we can't tap into those aspects of our self and are holding on to self-limiting beliefs and narratives.

[Writing piece going in-depth of Learning To Trust One Self]

There is this concept within the spiritual community that we choose where we are born, our body and our situations etc. In some sense yes, although the way our psyche is constructed within this human body and mind, we forget that we intend to push things to the subconscious for our consciousness to make room for new information.

When we are carrying internalized and unconscious patterning, conditioning, beliefs and behaviours etc. and then tell our self that "we choose this life, we chose these experiences", there is a part of us that feels rejected and will continue to internalize the shame, judgment or rejection we are not even aware of.

This is where Shadow Work comes into play. [Writing piece going in-depth about Shadow Self and Work].

The deep-rooted reasons on why we don’t trust our self, intuition and the suppression of our higher self are located in our subconscious; shadow work is the type of inner work that assist us into looking deeper within our self.

It’s hard and uncomfortable to dive deep within our self as it’s something we might be family with, although when having the desire to live a life lead by our soul and higher self, it’s a must. The rewards of being comfortable and at peace with our self is a reward we can not buy anywhere else and it’s not a reward someone can give to us. It’s a reward only an individual can seek within themselves.

Inner Work And Letting Go:

Spiritual awakening is not just about mediation, crystals, sages, spiritual retreats and psychedelics, it's having to unlearn and strip our self from who we are not and then learn we truly are. The being able to practise those theories about our self in the way we move in our life. Having our beliefs and morals that we preach and tell our self which reflect our movement in life, as it's not just in theory any more.

It's challenging because we have to let go of a lot of control when we begin to live a life soul lead and having to trust our self that we will make the right decision. The thing is I believe we always make the right choices in a sense because in the moment of choosing we tend to not know the outcome or the consequences (if it’s a new option of choice or circumstances). That is why having faith in our self is need when we follow the guidance of our higher self.

When we feel hesitate, it’s having to unpack the reasons why we feel this way. Why we can’t seem to surrender and it’s finding the root cause. As we find the root cause it’s important to know that this process has its process in its self. That we are required to learn to let go during this process of unpacking and be open to the idea that we do not know everything.

The biggest challenge we as the collective are going through is taking a leap and trusting our self. We cannot trust our self if we are holding onto old wounds and ignore them. Trusting our self is an inside job and it’s a job that reaps its rewards when we begin learning to do so.

A lot of things within spirituality and trauma healing is about letting go of control, the past, our outdated behaviours, habits, narratives, self-limiting beliefs, old versions of our self, people and environments that no longer align with who are.

When we sit back and think about it, we actually don’t have a lot of control of many things, although looking around we still did alright. We still manage to get up every day and continue with our lives.

It’s grounding our self in gratitude rather than the things we can not control. Learning to shift our focus and energy to the things we can control gets easier as we continue to practise and learn to trust our self. -

Just like any type of habit it takes time, work, effort and practise till it becomes effortless. Just because we fall back to old habits does not make us a failure, we only fail if we stop trying.

Continue with the inner work and learning to be compassionate, kind, empathic, forgiving and loving towards our self. Reconstructing a whole infrastructure and foundation isn’t an overnight job. Be patience and be open to learning.

Ascending From the conscious to the Unconscious to Collective Consciously

Our psyche is divided into three parts which are the Conscious (C), Subconscious (SC) and the Collective Unconscious (CUC).

We know that the Subconscious is the part of our psyche that we have no control over and very limited access. The CUC is the part where we realise we are all connected and that we all one. Just a giant ball of energy and within that giant ball each individuals having their own experience on Earth. To be able to access the CUC we have to be able to unpack and get through our SC. In our SC lays our deepest wounds and circumstance, events or experiences we have suppressed. Those circumstances, events and experiences have their own attachments of emotions, which is why many of us decide not to unpack our SC.

Once we unpack and reconstruct our SC we are able to tap into the CUC. This is why people choose to do so as this is the part where we have our awakening to oneself of our experiences.

The structure of the concept of the human psyche is much deeper than the Conscious, Subconscious and the Collective Unconscious. Carl Jung, a famous and well-known psychoanalyst and psychiatrist have studied and theories the concept of the human psyche. His theories and studies to this day are used to understand our human psyche. By educating ourself about the human psyche and it’s a way of working on understanding our own.

Our psyche is an amazing system within our body. Not only can it tap into the material world it can also tap into the spiritual world. Where many believe does not exist. There are many theories we can come up with in regards to where our Consciousness goes, after our death. Although there is no hardcore evidence on this. We were given a free will for a reason, we were put in certain family dynamics and bodies for a reason. There are lessons we need to overcome in regards to the uncontrollable positioning we are in. As those lessons help us evolve and grow our consciousness which brings in the puzzle pieces missing within our picture. Which is funny enough, a smaller part of the Big Picture or the Cosmo. -

This is why I preach healing and why I believe it is part of ascension. We have all gone through certain circumstances that have wounded us in some way. Those circumstances we had no control over. It’s put us in a position to heal ourself or repress it. It’s not about reliving those moments, it’s understanding that certain things in the world we have no control over. That whatever the past circumstances were something we aren’t meant to carry the burden off for the rest of our lives. It’s teaching us to let go and before we can let go we have to be able to acknowledge that it is there.

We can go our entire lives ignoring and denying parts of ourselves. Although by doing this we are not living to the fullest capacity we came here to do. Underneath the wounds, hurt or pain is a light. A light that will help us shine through the deepest and darkest parts of ourself. From personal experience, underneath my traumas was the light of resilient, courage, strength, bravery and beauty

It’s having to acknowledge all those hurt, wounds and pain before we can see those ball of light. Acknowledging also come with its own light which is compassion, understanding, empathy and forgiveness. Everything has its own light and SO DO WE!

We have to embrace the light beforehand. We have to see our own beauty and learn that we are more than our physical bodies. That this lifetime might have not been our first. Having an open mind and letting go of our Ego.

Letting our Higher Self live in a time where we are being baited out to live under fear, illusions and destruction.

The term ‘human experience’ includes our emotions, our experiences, our past, present and future. Included the bad, good, the ugly and the beauty. It’s about embracing them all and learning that we are multidimensional beings that decided to evolve our consciousness and soul/spirit. Being open to the idea that there is more to life than the physical and the material world lets go of the concept of endings. That we are not meant to stay in a certain form forever. That we are constantly changing, evolving and growing whether we are consciously aware of this or not.

Spirituality is about embracing this concept and connecting to our Higher Self. It’s not about dressing, eating or behaving a certain way. As everyone’s spirit is very different and uniquely made. Just because we are all connected from the same ball of energy does not mean we are all the same. We might have similarities although never the same. It’s embracing the uniqueness and difference we have. It’s about experiencing the human realm in the full scope of it all. We can not experience the full scope of the human experience if we are living under illusions.

The term ‘woke’ and the idea of spirituality has become mainstream. Everyone sees a level of corruption, distractions, illusions and egotistical mindsets within the people in power. Those things are something we can not hide. They exist and as more people awaken to these illusions we begin to see the lies we all live in.

The real question is not ‘are you woke?’. The REAL question is ‘are you awaken and aware of your OWN illusions, you live out?’

That’s why healing is a must during ascension. We can not ascend to a higher level of consciousness if we are living out illusions within our inner world. We can lie and denial to ourself although we are only creating illusions. Which blocks us from our own blessings and greatness, making us our own worst enemy.  Again, we have a free will a reason. We can choose to be ignorant or choose to turn the light on. - With our chooses comes with actions and those actions have consequences and outcomes.

Remind ourself that we have no control over others. That others prefer the company of misery as that energy is much more comfortable and familiar to them. - Do not drain or deplete our own energy when trying to change others. As those are not something we can control or should want to. - We are given free will for a reason. We have a choice between ignorance or the truth.

ASCENSION

Topics: Alignment, Inner Work, Healing, Breaking Cycles, Shadow Self and Work, The Ego, Death of The Ego, The Collective Healing, Blessings in Disguise.

My decision to embark into healing put me on a spiritual path. It was very unexpected. I didn’t realise it would take me in this direction, down a rabbit hole. For me, I love history and conspiracy theories. It began with watching documentaries about the mainstream history which then lead me to learn about the ancient civilisation and just down the rabbit hole of the other side of history. A side that it is not taught within the education system.

I started with the fascination about the importance of cats within the ancient Egyptian, which then took me to the Pyramid of Giza to the malefic statues in Easter Island, then to Peru and then to the temples in Jordan. Those sights and tourist attractions caught my eyes and especially the Pyramid of Giza. When I dug deep and researched into the Pyramid I came across mind-blowing facts about it. The position and the structure of the Pyramid was something out of this world. The precision of the cut stones and the alignment it had with the stars and the sky. The exact measurement of true north and knowledge that the ancients had that the education system did not teach us.

Alignment is important within the ascension journey. We are not aligned at first as the condition we live in. The ways our society has been structured is on purpose, the generations on Earth now have been conditioned in a way that we have to unlearn and reconstruct our own belief systems. Which will align us to our true purpose and with the stars just like the Pyramid of Giza. Maybe we are not supposed to know how that amazing monument was built, what matters is what it symbolises which is the perfect alignment and relation it has with the Universal law. - Believes it or not numbers are one way of how the Universe communicates with us. Not the way math has been taught within our educational system. But the basic math from 0-9, it is called Numerology. Each number has a different meaning that coincides and gives us guidance on what we should focus on in re-aligning with our authentic self. A certain combination of number and the way we perceive it can give us a boost of encouragement that is from our spiritual team.

With alignment comes with doing the inner work, and what that means is going within. - Letting go of old belief systems that are tethered from the past which disturbs and stops us living our authentic self. Re-constructing our mindset and blueprints from our past conditioning is very important. When looking within, we begin to see some of those blueprints and programming that we have adopted throughout our life. Those same blueprints and programming we have been unconsciously following. In certain stages of our life, those same blueprints and programming have helped us, either to survive and get by or get some level of acceptance and validation. Those blueprints and programming are not something to shame or judge... During the process of going within, we have to let go of shame and judgement. We can not shame and judge ourself for our past behaviours as those same behaviours has lessons embedded within them. In those lessons, we can gain growth and a level of awareness we might not have had access to if we didn’t experience certain things or partake in a behaviour.

Healing our past traumas and wounds that might still be bleeding out on to others and ourself, is important during our ascension journey. With healing our wounds and hurts we are breaking intergenerational traumas that have been past down through parental teaching. The way our parents were brought up which then altered and conditioned them in the ways of how we have been brought up. It is a cycle that our bloodline has gone through. A cycle that not many will be aware of or they are on. When we realise that we are on a cycle (example) of seeking out validation and acceptance from others; a sign of codependency. We begin to see our condition patterning and programs we have adapted from our upbringing. We also see how our parents’ upbringing influenced their way of parenting, giving us no room to blame and hate on the way we have been brought up. When we see that their way of teaching has influenced a level of independence and growth for us, we remove resentment. That our parents also broke certain cycles that build a foundation for us breaking more cycles. It is about not forgetting that our parents also have put in work to shine a certain way. It might not be a way that resonates within us, although it is their way. Holding that compassion not just for us but for them also for breaking cycles, that helped and guided us to break more on our own.

When we break these cycles of (example) co-dependency not only are we setting a new level of standards for ourself, we are also creating a new foundation for the future bloodline. That will benefit future generations, where they will no longer seek out validation and acceptance outside of themselves. Having that in mind when we breaking cycles is important, we are not the only ones who will benefit from cycle being broken. We are the catalyst for something so much bigger than us.

Breaking cycles is a very heavy process as we are not only breaking a patterning that our recent generation has endured but a cycle that has been repeated throughout many generations of the bloodline. Having to break years of patterning can be daunting as those around us who still follow the same old patterning can see this as a ‘threat’ or a ‘dysfunction’. Not on their wellbeing but for their Ego. Our Ego is the part of our psyche that the Monks also calls as ‘the monkey brain’. Our Ego is constructed and developed throughout our upbring and conditioning. We all know our society is built from a patriarchy viewpoint. Where there is a hierarchy that ranks us from ‘highest’ to ‘lowest’. Oppressing certain groups because it created a way of dividing us. As if we are not connected, casting an illusion of separation.

Our Ego also creates narratives that influence our wellbeing and how we move in the world. When we have unhealed parts of ourself our Ego can disguise itself as ‘our self’. Meaning we begin to believe that we are only our Ego. That ‘thinking’ in our mind is us and the narrative that we tell ourself every day is who we really are. Those same narratives that we might not even realise we have been following. Those narratives of (example) being not worthy of success or being loved so we end up settling. Those narratives we have been telling ourself for years that it has become our programming and blueprints, that influences how we move in the world. Those same narratives our Ego feeds on. Our Ego isn’t separated from us, as our Ego is part of us. It’s just how it’s been conditioned and programmed. During our ascension journey, we come to a point called ‘the death of the Ego’. This part is very important and needed. It is metaphorically speaking and symbolises the reconstructing and rebuilding our foundations; that isn’t set on putting ourself higher than others and letting go of the structure of competing with one another. We begin to see that life isn’t a competition. That our mindset and ‘personality’ are very flexible and continuously changes. Accepting these concepts makes the ‘death’ process much less of a fight and not as hard to detach from. - That advice that many of us get told when we get caught in a rip current which is, not fighting it and staying calm. As fighting, it will cause more energy and will likely leave us no energy to swim horizontally away from the current. -

The death of our Ego is part of the ascension journey. I was told that animals fear us because of our Ego. They can sense the level of Ego some might have. When we detach from our Ego and become one with the EcoSystem, we will notice that animals tend to come closer to us. We can energetically and telepathically connect with them, similar to our pets. Where we know when they are hungry or need to go out in the yard to go toilet; it is that inner knowing.

Spirituality has become a mainstream trend. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be attuned with our spirituality. Although there is a bypass of the shadow aspect. Where many only promote and believe in love and light. Which is true, we do have those aspects within us. Although we also have a shadow aspect. When we deny a part of ourself we begin to accumulate those denial parts as toxic behaviours. Either by being passive-aggressive, being triggered when others do voice about the shadow aspect or see those repressed parts of ourself being reflected onto us. The most important part of ascension is the shadow work. All the repressed parts of ourself that we’ve hidden, ignored and denied. Doing our shadow work comes with the inner work. We begin to see our own toxic behaviours and begin to move forward into changing them. Change comes with ascension. We realize that without change and discomfort there is no growth and evolving. One of those changes is seeing our shadow self. Not only seeing but accepting those parts of ourself. - I have written many pieces about shadow work and healing. I believe in this work. I do believe that this type of work is essential in our ascension journey. - It is also a way to dismantle our Ego. Not everyone is the problem, something it is us. With our free will we decide for ourself to seek the change to end the problem and if not we continue to live in a life full of illusion and denial.

The term ‘woke’ is a surface level label of awakening. We might be aware of all the illusions and mind-controlling games big corporations, mainstream media or ‘the big players’ are doing. Although the real question is are WE aware of our OWN illusions and control mentality that we have adapted from our conditioning. Those illusions and mind games have affected us and our psyche in some way or form. Part of ascension and awakening is being able to unlearn and remove ourself from those programming. To create our own programming that aligns with our true authentic self, the morals and values we follow.

Many might denial this part of themselves, although each and one of us have and are living some sort of illusion. - The illusions of ‘self-love’ where we preach loving other women and ourself when in reality we can be vindictive once our expectations are not met. Not accepting our shadow aspect is living under the illusions that we only have light and love with us. When we are the dark and light, just like Yin and Yang. We have feminine and masculine energy, inner shadow and inner angel. Where we have the inner child and the Ego. We have the polarity with these experiences. Having to let go of the idea that we can not embrace more than one of our aspects of self is an illusion. We are multidimensional beings that can feel so many things at once. It is about being open to that idea as well. Not punishing ourself for feeling and being a million things at once.

We live in a world where we are conditioned to compete and let go of parts of our authentic self. Where the real gain or sacrifice isn’t a gold medal or a huge lump of cash but the price we receive is an abandonment of our soul.

Ways of selling our soul are very simple and don’t have to be so ritualistic. It could be simply as agreed to do something that does not align with the morals, values and beliefs. That is one way of selling our soul. - This term ‘selling our soul’ comes in a range of the spectrum. The definition is simply when we do not stay aligned with our authentic self. Where we accumulate abundance by casting illusions within us or others. Where we believe that if we go into a certain revenue of work we gain a higher level of abundance because it’s ‘in the down-low’. Or working for an organization or corporation that contradicts our authentic self and values, where we are not passionate about the work we do and leaving us drained each day after it. Being around groups of people who oppress and diminish our light because they are unaware of theirs. We then dim our light down for their comfort leaving us not to experience our own magic. Those environments are soul-crushing and chip away parts of our soul.

We can retrieve back our soul fragments when we do our inner work. Accepting and embracing ALL parts of ourself; the ego, inner child, the feminine and masculine energy, the inner shadow and our inner angel.

We can not be in alignment when we do not do the inner work. It’s us casting an illusion within ourself that we are in alignment. When in reality we aren’t. One way to know if we are in alignment is how easily we deal with issues and uncontrollable circumstances. How light we feel with all the chaos going on. Because with everything going on we know there is a purpose, a blessing in disguise. It’s just ‘***the tower moment’ that has happened within us playing out on a global scale. Many people all over the world have been doing the inner work and embracing their authentic self. - Everything that is being revealed and all the illusions that have been playing out must happen and have its own tower moments. Each and one of them must come down, so we as a collective can rebuild and create from a more authentic and transparent place that will reflect all the inner work we have done within.

The inner work we do isn’t just for us nor does it only benefit us and our bloodline. It benefits the WHOLE COLLECTIVE. When we first awaken we realise we are all one and we are all connected in some form or shape. That the people we meet have and are our reflection in some way. They reflect either the inner child, our feminine and masculine energy, our inner shadow, our inner angel, our ego or the unhealed parts ourself. We get to see all parts of ourself play out in front of us and that is the same with others around us.

We also have multiple awakenings as there is never a time where we do not learn new information either about our external environment or about ourself. That is what life is really about is constant learning of oneself. When we see the beauty in others it’s a reflection of our own inner beauty that we might not be aware of, just yet. Some with the ‘toxicity’ we see on others, those parts we have within us. That is why we notice them. With our free will it is up to us to acknowledge BOTH parts and heal, accept, embrace, love etc. We were given free will for a reason. We have a choice to either face our WHOLE self or walk away from ourself.

WE CHOOSE HOW WE PERCEIVE AND CREATE OUR REALITY WITH THE FREE WILL THAT IS GIVEN TO US; IT IS THERE FOR A REASON.

*** The Tower is one of the major arcana in Tarot Deck which present a tower built in rocky foundations. Which ends up falling apart. This can be perceived in different ways. - Either way, it gives an opportunity to re-build a more solid foundation that will stand for a very long time.

Understanding the Universe

thumbnail_Image (1).jpg

*** The Divine is God, The Creator, The Universe, our departed love ones and ancestor. The Divine lives through them.

Splitting of the Worlds:

There some things we can't comprehend because of our perception during this period of time. Although there is a fog covering the big picture. This comes in having faith that there is a big picture. Each and one of us will have different reality, perception, seeing the world and definitions.

We assume that other dimensions are 3D dimensional. The one we are currently in. Although entering dimensions come with aligning ourselves to the level of frequency of the dimension we are wanting to enter. As we and everything are made of energy. The universe communicates through energy frequency.

There are different states of frequency you can channel into such as abundance, love, gratitude, kindness, compassion those are the higher state of being. We have shame, guilt, sadness, judgement which are in the lower vibrational frequency. Many operate on because a large amount of our society and population are still asleep.

KARMA:

What we put out onto the Universe comes back to us. Karma means lessons. Karma isn't bad, it is simply giving back what we have given out to the Universe. It is not about the action but the energy signature it has attached to the action. The energy we have projected onto the other parties involved in the action and to ourselves. How we treat ourselves is how the universe communicates with us. The highest form of communication is self-love. It's an indication to the Universe that we are learning and open to the Divine love each and one of us deserve.

When we're getting off a Karmic Cycle we have to be able to identify and recognise ourselves as the Karmic from the people around us. Whether is the ones closest to us or the strangers. This comes with the level of self-awareness we have for ourselves and what is going within.

Example(s):

1. Getting involved in 3rd party situations. Where we've entertained others who are in partnerships and have entertained others while being in a partnership. Then having that betrayed happen to us, as our partner entertains others.

2. Abandoning a friendship to be in with the 'cool kids'. Then having friends abandoned you, for only someone new to come in and be-friend you. You, yourself be-friending someone who has been abandoned or is sitting alone.

3. Asking for help from person X for them to not come to help you. Then someone else comes to ask you for your help for you to turn away just like what happened with person X. Or you being the bystander and go offer the help someone needs.

Getting off a Karmic Cycle is doing differently to what others did to you. It's about using our free will to do a different action and not continue the cycles (of the examples up above). Each of our cycles whether with our relationships, careers or with ourselves. They all go hand in hand. Meaning that each of them overlay one another as we are all connected. Each of ourselves is reflected/projected back to us, whether it's parts we need to heal (our inner child, masculine, feminine) or be able to recognise our Karmic self or even parts of ourselves that reflects the Divine and Higher Self. Which actually mean if we have learnt that lesson, as Karma is just the lesson. Each and one of us have inner child, a masculine, feminine, higher self and our shadow. We have to heal the parts of ourselves that are being suppressed and shamed. We do this by being compassionate, kind and understanding to those parts of ourselves.

Manifesting and Divine Timing:

In Tarot the Magician represents manifesting. With manifesting the Magician has its tools, the wand, sword, cup and pentacle. That is similar when manifesting for ourselves. We have to have our emotions, truth, idea/material equipment and the action/passion. Without one we will just manifest what is missing. If we don't have the emotional availability for the manifestation then that is exactly what will manifest. A Karmic Cycle of finding that emotional availability within us. It seriously begins from within and then to our external. When we give ourself the love we deserve that gets reflected back to us.

Timing in the higher realm doesn't work the way we have been conditioned. It comes in perfect timing. Keeping the faith that certain events happen for a reason. During those events of waiting for our manifestation to come we learn new things about ourselves and gain a new level of sense of being. Which is required when receiving our manifestation. The Divine is never working against us, never has. From certain experiences, we gain a type of strength and courage that we aren't able to acquire if going in a different route. - The pains and suffering we have endured are valid and each and one of us have the right and deserve to heal.

Heaven and Hell:

There other forces within the Universe. Forces that do not have pure intention. Genis that will grant you wishes to only take it away and laugh at where it's gotten you.

Every single one of us is capable (and our birthright) to connect with the Divine. As each and one of us are Divine being. It's just having to align ourself to the Divine we truly are. We live in a period of time where greed, power, control, superiority, material things and our Ego is heightened. Where certain information has been suppressed in a way to control the masses.

The term Hell has been associated with being deep underground, surrounded by fire and devils poking you. We have been conditioned to compare Heaven and Hell and associating them when we die. When reality each and one of us have our own definition of Heave and Hell. Each and one of us have gone through some sort of Hell and Heaven. We always assume Hell is an external place that 'bad' people will go too once deceased. For some Hell has been right here on Earth, under their roof was the Devil. Hell isn't going to look the same for everyone. As everyone brings different ingredients for their fear and pain.

The Devil isn't a person, it's an energy. Same to God. The energy that shifts within people. When you do a favour or sides with the devil. You've given the devil permission to use you. Handed him a piece of paper with your named signed.

We do not need to die before we can indulge in Heaven. Earth is the Divine's creation. The devil didn't create Earth. It is our right as Divine beings to are creating our Heaven on Earth.

Merging our Ego with the Eco(system):

We have easy access to our Ego as it's in our Conscious part of The Psyche, although very limited access to our Subconscious. It's been said that our Dreams are the way of our subconscious communicating. Our subconscious is always running. Our Ego is asleep when we're asleep that's why it's easier to access the high dimensions. Because our mind is quiet. The Ego is what we need to learn how to quiet down. This can be done through meditating.

Our Ego is something that can't be taken away. The term death of the Ego is metaphorical because it is reborn into the Ecosystem. Meaning that we have to reconstruct our way of thinking to merge ourselves with the Collective. Our Ego is the 'talking monkey' as the Monks call it. By meditating it helps quite that part of our mind. With the healing and reconstructing work, we do with our blueprints, which goes hand in hand with the death of our Ego. Our Ego has this sense of inferiority because of how the world is conditioned. We live in a patriarchal society where our masculine energy is embraced and our feminine energy is suppressed. When reality we have both energies within us. It's being able to find the balance for both.

That's something we learn when we become more consciously aware of ourselves. That we are connected and we are not inferior from other humans and beings on this Earth. Mother Gai gives us everything we need and all she asks from us is to take care of ourselves and her.

We humans are Mother Gia's shadow aspects. We present the greed, lust, power-hungry, egotistical mindset that many of us have today. Putting our self above others is Egotistical, in the context of taking and taking from others whether energetically, over-consuming food and product that are very harmful to the environment or suppressing other humans through discrimination.

Spirit/Soul:

When someone comes to us with the same problem and the same mindset for a period of time, it becomes draining. It's not that we don't want to help. It's that their problem requires a change and which they are not open to. Creating resentment within the relationship and actually draining your energy (energy vamping). With our free will, we decide for ourselves if we want to continue that relationship. Nobody gets to decide for us. Don't make the decision base of pleasing everyone because we can't please everyone. It is unrealistic. Do it on the base of self-love and knowing we deserve growth and reciprocation.

That feeling of being 'stuck' that's our soul communicating to us that it's time to move on, let something go or try something new. Doing the same routine over and over isn't going to bring in new opportunities. Same goes with not changing our perception when we are presented with new information. That is where the feeling of 'stuck' comes from not listening to our soul and our intuition.

We can't complain if we doing the same thing over and over again. Then expecting the same result, that is the definition of insanity.

We are nothing without our Soul. We would be just awaking zombie in living human body, waiting to decay. What kind of life is that?

Our Spirits are free and living forever. It's on a continuous journey of knowing it's self and evolving. That's what our Spirit/Soul crave for is evolving and freedom. When we are conditioned and living in a world/society that is telling us that we have to be a certain way of living. This created friction within us because our Soul doesn't agree with it. It seems that way of living as an illusion of freedom. Where the system has created all these options for us to choose from, only realising that those choices aren't viable so we end up settling. The conditioning suppresses our Spirit. Mind you the conditioning I'm speaking of has been planted from 1700 by Wilie Lynch. Who introduced slave psychology. Where he speaks of breaking down a horse to become afraid of its own habitat. He referred to us as the horses. Where they become so afraid and unfamiliar of their natural habitat that they wouldn't even recognise it any longer. Example: Drinking water; many of us dislike drinking water and only drink sodas. Even being out in nature, where we a naturally and freely draw the energy of Mother Gai for healing and recharging every part of ourselves.

It is time to think for ourselves and use our free will to create the reality and life we all deserve. -

We have a certain amount of time in this lifetime. Are we going to use our free will to go after and create the life we desire?
